Rigorous instruction in reading, writing, math, and science, taught by teachers who are supported in doing their best every single day. Test scores are climbing district-wide, and we intend to keep it that way.
TRANSPARENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY
Real decisions belong in public board meetings, not closed-door executive sessions. I pushed to end the routine use of executive sessions, and I'll keep board business where the public can see it.
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
A stable budget with no new referendum, no shell games, and no spending decisions the public can't see or question. Every dollar must be spent in a way that aligns with our strategic plan and improves our educational system.

Since being elected in 2023, I have actively worked to help turn things around at Goshen Community Schools:

New superintendent leadership — After I held the previous administration accountable, Jim DuBois was selected and has delivered real results.

Ended illegal executive sessions — Board business now happens in public, where it belongs.

Real board discussion on major decisions — No more unilateral calls like the Chandler Elementary closure.

Academic gains district-wide — Reading and math proficiency are climbing.

A new strategic plan — Clear, measurable goals across academics, finances, and operations.

A stable budget, no new referendum — Fiscal discipline without shortchanging students.
Through it all, the commitment has been simple: be someone everyone can trust, even when they disagree. That's why integrity is for everyone — and why I am asking for your support to keep this progress moving forward on November 3rd.

Our vision is to be the Elkhart County School District of Choice. A strong school district is built on sound finances, steady improvement, and a board that operates in the open. We've spent three years getting Goshen back on that path — and there's more work to do. Responsible action now impacts our children's future. Vote for strong schools by voting Ryan Glick for District 3 on Nov. 3, 2026.
